How it all began…

Up until 2017 I was stuck in the trappings of a well-paying corporate job and checking all the boxes of what society deemed acceptable in life.  I was: climbing the corporate ladder, home owner, side hustle guru, looking for Mr. Right.  I certainly was living up to everyone else’s expectations of me yet completely falling flat on my own. 

Truth be told, I often felt anxious, under pressure, and always striving to complete my never-ending to-do lists. Not only was I completely trapped in societal expectations, I was consumed with grief and repressed emotions. I was choosing not to deal with the  massive break up with the man I thought I’d marry and the unexpected death of one of my most influential childhood models.  On the outside I was smiling, but on the inside I was in complete breakdown mode.

I was on autopilot. 

As a whole, I was completely unrecognizable to myself; feeling lost, confused and stuck in indecision. I was very clear on all the things I did not want in life, yet ask me what I DID want from life? It was like a cloudy, far-fetched dream that could be best described as a sand storm of loosey goosey ideas. And so it began, my journey to CLARITY, my journey to BEING once more. 

In a way I became my first guinea pig trying things out, making mistakes, and then trying more things out and making even more mistakes. Little by little I connected the dots of my life. I let go of perfectionism and I embraced all the times when it felt like I was hitting my head against the wall and I exhaled. Through the years I have connected the dots to my own life, my intuition and my Higher Self. I have aligned to my own guidance and I have activated a deep knowing and trust in my path.  

In one of my deepest, most frustrating times of struggle I put my hands up and said "Ok GOD! What is this all for? Why am I continually going in circles? Why must I still feel stuck and struggle?" I heard this simple message that has lit my soul on fire....

To teach, to lead, to be a guide for others.
