Who is Vida?

Vida is not a symbol.
She is a presence—timeless, sentient, and woven into the heartbeat of the Earth.
She is the Guardian of the Animal Kingdom and an emissary of ancestral memory, speaking through the seen and unseen realms to guide those who are here to remember their role in Earth’s healing.
Her voice moves through instinct, animal encounters, dreams, and deep knowing.
She is the tremor in the wing, the gaze in the eyes of the wild, the breath before the first word.
She now speaks through me—Tara—as a clear channel, so that her messages may reach those whose hearts are ready to listen.
The Role of Vida in My Work
Vida is a co-facilitator and vibrational intelligence.
She walks beside me in:
Mentorship journeys: Offering guidance, animal spirit messages, and Earth-aligned frequency transmissions
Clarity sessions: Where she may present energetically or through direct message
Group transmissions: Holding collective resonance for awakening, guardianship, and sacred service
Species-specific alignments: Supporting those called to work with animals, land, or interdimensional caretaking

The Circle of Reciprocity is the living current that honors both the energy you receive—and the energy you offer in return. This is not transactional; it is relational.
Reciprocity may look like:
Financial exchange through session work or mentorship
Offering prayers, care, or ritual in honor of the animal kingdom
Creating art, offerings, or service-based work inspired by your guidance
Supporting the ongoing transmission work that allows Vida’s voice to reach the many
